Learn to sew with Janet

I'd been wanting to go on one of the sewing courses run by Janet of Kitchen Table Sewing for about three years. I'd followed her blog and looked longingly from afar at all the beautiful homemade things that she was making. And recently I got my chance. I chose the 'Megan Dress' course and it really was even better than I'd hoped for. Janet is a busy mum of four, a talented sewer but more importantly an inspiring teacher. I've left the course with 1) a dress that fits and looks great 2) a few more friends and 3) the confidence to go forth and sew on my own using all the tips and techniques that littered the four week course. If you are interested in learning to sew from scratch or just want to brush up on your skills then I wholeheartedly recommend the courses run by Janet at Kitchen Table Sewing. Who knows this time next year you could have a whole new wardrobe handmade by you.
