Refund policy

I hope you are happy with your decision to purchase from me and that your print arrives safe and sound. However if you have any problems then please take a look at my policies below. If you have any other questions then feel free to contact me here and I will do my best to help.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Postal damage

I send all my prints out in sturdy cardboard tubes to prevent even the toughest of posties damaging your parcel. However, if your print does arrive damaged then please contact me as soon as you can and I will do my best to put it right for you. Please contact me here with details along with a photo of the damage.
